We are currently looking to recruit for the following position

Team Leader  – Post 30 Hours

Salary – £26,502 pro rata + 10% pension contribution & health insurance

Ross-shire Woman’s aid are looking for a team leader (based in Dingwall) to work with the Manager to lead and manage the team of staff ensuring that the organisation meets its objectives & provides high quality services to woman, children & young people with experience of domestic abuse Applicants must have a Feminist understanding of domestic abuse and knowledge of the causes and impact this may have on women, children and young people.

Applicants must have good communication and listening skills, a proven record of strong decision making, experience of managing people and good relationship building skills.

Full driving licence and access to transport required.

A PVG disclosure will be required.
