Women Support Worker

28 Hours per Week –  Tuesday – Friday (including evening and week-end work)

37 Hours per week – Monday – Friday (Including evening and weekend work)

The post holder will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to women with experience of domestic abuse on a refuge and outreach basis

Applicants must have a Feminist understanding of domestic abuse and knowledge of the causes and impact this has on women. The successful applicant will have experience of providing one-to-one support from a person centred approach and of assessing need and developing support plans.
