Children and Young Persons Support Worker 21 Hours (including some evening and weekend work)

Fixed Term Until 31st March 2016

 SJC Point 23- £11,562

 The post holder will be responsible for delivering a service which provides individual person-centred support and awareness raising sessions within home (including refuge), community and education settings.

Applicants must have a Feminist understanding of domestic abuse and knowledge of the causes and impact this may have on children and young people.  The successful applicant will have experience of providing support to children and young people with diverse needs including assessing need and developing support plans.

PVG Disclosure will be required for this post and Full driving licence and access to transport required.
