Women's Rights Worker Recruitment

We are looking for a women’s rights worker to deliver a joint project between Ross-shire Women’s Aid and Ross and Cromarty Citizens Advice Bureau.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a money advice service to women with experience of domestic abuse.  The successful candidate will work jointly with support workers from women’s aid to ensure women access effective information and support around a variety of  issues including welfare rights & debt.

Applicants must have experience of working with individuals, particularly women, on a one to one basis in either a support, advocacy or similar environment and experience of dealing with complex Welfare Benefit or debt Issues. 

Posts funded until 31 March 2015.  Full driving licence and access to transport required. An enhanced disclosure will be required.
